This recipe saves me so much of everything. Time, money, calories. All the things we constantly want more of.
I'm the kind of girl who just tosses things into a blender and hopes it works, and this recipe is no different. And, as always, it works.
This chocolate ninja creami protein ice cream tastes somewhere between a chocolate Frosty and soft serve, but with ingredients that actually keep you full. I make this constantly when I want something sweet at night without feeling sluggish afterward.
And it genuinely feels like dessert. Like, I'm having ice cream most nights.

Ingredients
1 protein shake of choice
(Chocolate or vanilla both work well. I use Vital Proteins Collagen Shakes.)
4 tablespoons PB Fit powder
2 scoops protein powder (I use this brand.)
¼ cup sweetener (I use Gentle Sweet.)
Big pinch of salt
Splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender cup and blend until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container and freeze overnight (though 24 hours gives the best texture).
Once frozen solid, place the container into the Ninja Creami and blend using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
After the first spin, add a splash of almond milk or a little more of a protein shake and respin until you have a beautiful, smooth, and creamy chocolate ice cream.
If needed, add another small splash of almond milk and respin again for an even softer texture.
Favorite Mix-Ins
This recipe is good on its own, but mix-ins make it even better. I love adding:
A chopped Quest brownie or protein cake
Peanut butter drizzle
PB Fit mixed with water for a lighter peanut butter topping
Dark chocolate chips
Chopped protein bars (like Built Puff)
